1. Online Activities
(1) Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony will be held on April 26th (Friday), 15:30-16:30 (GMT+8), at Shanghai University of Sport. You can click “Opening and Closing Ceremonies” on the Belt and Road website to watch the live broadcast and the recording of it.
(2) Cultural Lecture
Lecture Theory and Value of Health Qigong·Ma Wang Dui Dao Yin Shu is scheduled for April 26th (Friday), 16:45-18:15 (GMT+8). You can click “Cultural Lectures” on the Belt and Road website to watch the live broadcast and the recording of it.
(3) Training Courses
Health Qigong·Ma Wang Dui Dao Yin Shu courses are scheduled for April 27th (Saturday), May 4th (Saturday) and May 11th (Saturday), 19:00-20:30 (GMT+8). You can click “Training Courses” on the Belt and Road website to watch the live broadcast and the recording of it.
(4) Exchange Salon
The exchange salon is scheduled for May 18th (Saturday), 19:00-20:30 (GMT+8). Leaders of Health Qigong organizations, elite instructors and enthusiasts abroad will communicate online about Health Qigong·Ma Wang Dui Dao Yin Shu with instructors from Shanghai University of Sport. The way of participation will be notified later.

(1) New Zealand Health Qigong Workshop
The workshop will be held on May 22th and 23th in Auckland, New Zealand, providing a public lecture and Health Qigong·Ba Duan Jin and Ming Mu Gong training.
(2) Closing Ceremony of the 2024 Belt and Road Heart to Heart Health Qigong Lecture Hall
The closing ceremony will be held on May 25th (Saturday) in Melbourne, Australia.
(3) Oceania Health Qigong Workshop
The workshop will be held on May 25th and 26th in Melbourne, Australia, providing a public lecture, training for instructors and Health Qigong·Ba Duan Jin and Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong Shi’er Fa training.
