On April 15，2018，the Qigong Shi Ba Shi Association (Singapore) participated in the activity “Launch of Green Event Guide & Qigong Demonstration”.They conducted a training on Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong Shi Er Fa (Sitting Form) following the music with English prompt produced by themselves, with 250 participants including the mayor of North West District of Singapore Dr. Zhang Hebing. Ms. Alice Ho，the chairperson of Qigong Shi Ba Shi Association (Singapore) said that the sitting form of Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong Shi Er Fa is very suitable for elderly people who have poor strength on their legs relatively. Ms. Ho said they will do more outdoor activities like this in the future.
