Instituto Qigong Barcelona Held Dawu Workshop
On March 11th, 2017, instructors from different Spanish cities attended the National Health Qigong Dawu course, taught by Núria Leonelli at the Barcelona University Sport Campus.
Health Qigong Dawu captivated all participants by their graceful movements, rhythm and chromaticism of the exercises. The movements on the spine and pelvic girdle are very powerful and open all the joints of the body providing physical and mental well-being.
The course was distinguished by the joy and contentment of the 90 spanish instructors who enjoyed the practice!
Instituto Qigong Barcelona has taught Health Qigong Instructor Courses for 10 years and has 150 instructors certified that promote Health Qigong throughout Spain.
