From August 2014 to August 2021, Mr. CHANG Jianping served as Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of IHQF. In the past 7 years, Mr. CHANG Jianping has led IHQF to achieve important development in various aspects, has made outstanding contributions to the sustainable development of international Health Qigong promotion cause, and has high international reputation.
In view of this, according to the Statute of IHQF, the Executive Bureau nominated Mr. CHANG Jianping as the 3rd Honorary Vice President of IHQF, which has been approved by the Executive Board. Mr. CHANG Jianping will serve as the Honorary Vice President of IHQF for a term of four years (corresponding to the term of the third Executive Board). During the term, he may attend meetings of the Executive Board and of the General Assembly without the right to vote.
