According to the "Regulations for Technical Grade System of International Referees (Trial)", the second International Grade-B referee training was held during the Tokyo Events in Japan in 2023. Offline and online referee examinations were organized in 2023 and 2024 respectively. Based on the examination results and refereeing experience, after application and recommendation by relevant Member Organizations, the application materials were reviewed in accordance with the qualification requirements and reported to the Executive Board for approval. The technical grades of 14 international Grade-B referees were approved and granted：
