To build a platform for international Health Qigong academic exchanges and friendly communications so as to promote sound and fast development of Health Qigong, the International Health Qigong Federation will organize the 7^th World Health Qigong Tournament and Exchange and 3^rd World Health Qigong Scientific Symposium.

VI. Fees

A, Accommodation (Health Qigong Village): High End family Park with lodges and facilities with restaurants, supermarket, bar, recreation and training areas in green area. This accommodation is compulsory for all participants of THE 7TH WORLD HEALTH QIGONG TOURNAMENT AND EXCHANGE and THE 3RD WORLD HEALTH QIGONG SCIENTIFIC SYMPOSIUM.

1.    Room type A  (1 person in a lodge)

 Single room: 175 Euro Per day Per person (after tax, breakfast included)

2.    Room type B (2 persons in a lodge)

Double room: 125 Euro Per day Per person (after tax, breakfast included)

3.    Room type C (3 persons in a lodge)

 Single room: 100 Euro Per day Per person (after tax, breakfast included)
   Double room: 75 Euro Per day Per person (after tax, breakfast included)

B, training fee

1. Health Qigong Training: 100 Euro per person per training

2. Instructions for Judges: 70 Euro per person

C, Competition 

　Group competition: 15.Euro./team/discipline/person

　Individual competition: 20.Euro./individual/discipline

D, Duan Examination

        To be charged as prescribed in the INTERNATIONAL DUAN EVALUATION SYSTEM FOR HEALTH QIGONG

VII. Registration and accreditation

      1. Member organizations of the International Health Qigong Federation and the relevant social organizations are kindly requested to fill in the attached forms as required and send it by e-mail to IHQF Secretariat and Dutch Health Qigong Association

      2. Deadline of pre-registration and pre-payment 25% of total amount: 1^st of June 2017

      3. Deadline of final registration and final payment 75% of total amount: 18^th of August 2017. Participants registered after the deadline may take part in the events but shall not be listed in the Program and scores will not be taken account.

      4. The organizing committee shall provide transportation to and from the airport to the Health Qigong Village in The Hague area on Accreditation Day (September 7^th and 8th) and Departure Day (September 15th). More information will follow soon.

VIII. Other matters

      1. Each delegation must submit the Original of the Entry Forms and 1 copy of the Participants’ Responsibility Statement to the Organizing Committee.

      2. Participants must buy Life Insurance. The delegation or the individual undertakes the responsibility for illness or injuries occurring during the events.
