To evaluate Duan 6, the Application Form of International Health Qigong Duan Evaluation (Duan 6) is issued (see the attachment). Those who have passed the theory exam and technical exam of Duan 6, please fill out the form and get approval from the corresponding organization, and report to IHQF Head Office.
