On the morning of June 22, the 3rd China-Russia-Mongolia Health Qigong and Wushu Invitational Tournament opened in Manzhouli, a Chinese port city with a history of 100 years.
In this competition, a total of 403 Health Qigong and Wushu enthusiasts from 45 teams from Heilongjiang province, Shanghai, Jiangsu province, Henan province, Inner Mongolia autonomous region of China and Russia, Mongolia gathered to show their skills, learn from each other and enhance friendship.
In recent years, Health Qigong has become an important part of sports culture communication among China, Russia and Mongolia. Health Qigong Association of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China, as one member of IHQF, has achieved remarkable results at promotion, foreign exchange work, through "Come in" and "Going out" form, together with the sports departments and the mutual cooperation of private groups, organizations in Russia and Mongolia, to participate in the activities of communication, training and performance. Nowadays, there are many Health Qigong enthusiasts of different ages in Russia and Mongolia, who insist on practicing.
Since 2017, the China-Russia-Mongolia Health Qigong and Wushu Invitational Competitions have been held for three consecutive years.
